Assistant Director for Support

Andrea Pahon plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of an organization’s support functions. Her key responsibilities include managing support staff, optimizing workflows, ensuring service quality, and implementing strategies to enhance efficiency. She works closely with senior leadership to align support services with organizational goals, proactively addressing challenges and fostering a productive work environment.

Andrea is an experienced project manager and communications professional with a strong background in public diplomacy, event management, and stakeholder engagement. She has led multi-stakeholder projects commissioned by the UK Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office (FCDO) to advance democracy and peacebuilding across Europe and Central Asia.

Previously, she served as Spokesperson for NATO’s Senior Civilian Representative in Afghanistan, where she managed media relations and strategic communications. Andrea holds a Master’s degree in Terrorism and Political Violence from the University of St. Andrews.
